I’m excited to unveil the cover for my debut novel, Secret Hunger! What do you think? Followers of my newsletter had a chance to weigh in a couple of weeks ago, and I’m happy to say that the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
As most of you know, the release date for Secret Hunger is drawing nearer. Part of the process has been converting my files into something that can be read on a kindle. (Which I’ve been learning how to do today.)
I’ve put together my very first digital ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) and thought it would be neat to give it away to somebody who can’t wait to read it.
So, this is how it’s going to work.If you’d like to have a chance to read my book before it’s available anywhere else, be sure you’re signed up to my newsletter. If you share this post, your name will be added to the hat a second time. (Liking doesn’t count…only re-blogging!)
The drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd, at noon. The winner will be announced shortly thereafter. It’s that simple!
Here’s the link to the newsletter if you haven’t already joined. http://eepurl.com/bgzjPj (Don’t forget to share this post for a second chance at winning.) Be sure to use a valid e-mail address so I can send the .mobi file to the correct place.

Awesome cover! I’m super excited for you! What an amazing accomplishment. You should be really proud. Of course I’m sure you are waiting for the actual publish date to start feeling accomplished. You are so close though! Signed up for your news letter. 🙂
Thanks, Bethany! Yes, I’m very happy with how the cover turned out. The manuscript has been sent to the formatter and now it’s just a waiting game. (A somewhat anxious waiting game.) I appreciate all the support you’ve shown me this post year. Big things are coming both of our ways, huh? 2015 is shaping up to be a good one, I think!

This reblog is to showcase Satin Russell’s latest post, in which she reveals the cover of her debut novel. Satin is a thoughtful commentor, friendly on Twitter, and brave enough to take the plunge and make writing the focus of her life. I am pleased to introduce her to you as my friend.

Thank you, Aniko. Being able to see the cover makes the fact this is really going to happen much more tangible. After the eBook is published, my next “big thing” will be getting the print version out and actually holding a copy of my book in my hand.
